Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards on TCGplayer: August 2026

The first step to serving customer demand is to understand it. So to help you follow what’s currently popular with players and collectors, we’ve put together a pair of downloadable CSV reports of the top-selling Yu-Gi-Oh! cards of the past month.
These reports show the name and set of the Yu-Gi-Oh! cards with the highest total number of copies sold on the TCGplayer Marketplace between August 1 and 30, 2026. The reports consider cards from different sets to be distinct (even if they have the same name), but do not distinguish copies sold by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) or by printing (Foil, etc.).
The two reports cover cards that had an average sale price in August within two ranges: $50.00 or more, and $1.00 to $49.99.
Here are five highlights from each report.
Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards: $50 or More
#1 Pot of Sloth
Set: Chaos Origins
Average Sale Price: $54.20
As in July, the top two best-selling Yu-Gi-Oh! cards in August 2026 were both from Chaos Origins, which gave tons of support to monsters associated with the franchise’s first and greatest protagonist.
Free hand filtering is great in any deck. Every competitive player needs a playset of this card going forward.
#2 Black Chaos
Set: Chaos Origins
Average Sale Price: $59.38
Black Chaos belongs in any deck running the Light and Darkness Ritual package that sits at the core of Chaos Origins, so it remains a hot commodity.
#3 Fydraulis Harmonia
Set: Blazing Dominion
Average Sale Price: $92.09
Blazing Dominion gave players plenty of new reasons to Synchro Summon, and Fydraulis Harmonia was one of the strongest. This Level 7 Tuner summons itself for free, allowing players to chain into bigger Synchro monsters with ease.
#4 Dominus Spark
Set: Blazing Dominion
Average Sale Price: $50.32
The kinds of decks that can use Light and Darkness Ritual tend to be heavy on Light and Darkness Monsters, meaning they lose the least from the drawback on Dominus Spark. That’s helped the card creep back up over the $50 threshold.
#5 Fallen of the White Dragon
Set: Burst Protocol
Average Sale Price: $67.62
The Three Champions of Swordsoul gave players yet another reason to squeeze an Albaz package into any deck where it fits.

#1 Ragged Records of Rites
Set: Chaos Origins
Average Sale Price: $2.38
In ritual decks (like all the new ones built around Light and Darkness Ritual), RRR is at worst a searcher and at best a repeatable source of value.
#2 Mulcharmy Fuwalos
Set: Legendary Arc-V Decks
Average Sale Price: $6.14
Legendary ARC-V Decks arrived at the start of August and delivered new reprints of the always-relevant Mulcharmy hand traps. Players are grabbing them while they can.
#3 Lunalight Scarlet Tiger
Set: Legendary Arc-V Decks
Average Sale Price: $1.65
The new Lunalight card summons itself and searches up Polymerization when it does so. Anyone who enjoys Lunalight needs three copies asap.
#4 Mulcharmy Purulia
Set: Legendary Arc-V Decks
Average Sale Price: $1.92
Like Fuwalos, Mulcharmy Purulia got reprinted in Legendary Arc-V Decks and players are picking it up while it’s cheap.
#5 Zenna's Deceiving Doll Maidens
Set: Chaos Origins
Average Sale Price: $2.46
A new archetype-agnostic extender, this card saw play in the top-ranked Black Chaos deck at NA WCQ Minneapolis midway through July.
