Inventory Management

Easily manage your in-store and online inventory in one place. The CSV importer allows you to quickly manage large quantities of inventory, especially trading card game singles. It’s easy and fast: bulk import or export products (including their details) in a matter of minutes. You can also sync your inventory to numerous marketplaces, including TCGplayer and eBay. When items are sold on the integrated marketplaces, the inventory synchronizes back into BinderPOS and the orders appear in your orders on Shopify.

Expansive Database

You get access to an expansive catalog and database for industry-leading prices. New sets are automatically added before their release dates and become available for pre-order. Additionally, our system automatically updates prices based on TCGplayer’s industry-leading data, which draws from thousands of transactions across the Marketplace daily. Online and In-Store Buylist

The easy-to-use Buylist tool lets you quickly increase your inventory. You can configure the custom rule generator to dictate which cards a store will buy and how much they will pay in credit or cash. Customers have a clean and easy experience when creating a Buylist for store owners to review, edit, then accept or deny. From there, stock is automatically added from an approved list along with automatic application of credit if applicable.

Event Management

You can create and manage ticketed and non-ticketed events through your website and point-of-sale with the BinderPOS event management tool. Events can be made recurring and also be styled with custom visuals for tickets, hero images, banners, and more. This tool also gives you access to a dynamic calendar and attendance tracking.

Store Credit

The BinderPOS store credit feature offers a smooth customer experience and is built on automation for your ease. The credit module automates 99% of the job, including managing your customer's credit based on events, buylists, and more. A custom amount of credit can be applied to orders at the online checkout or the BinderPOS checkout. You also get access to full transaction history for every customer.

Kessel Run Games was an early adopter of BinderPOS and the decision was business changing. Between the beautiful website, to the card price integrations, we have been able to seamlessly transition to the online marketplace when the in-store commerce was impossible. How do I get started?

To get started with BinderPOS book a demo to talk to one of our team members and see if we are the right fit for you and your business. You can also reach out directly to claire.white@tcgplayer.com if you can't find a time that works for you. After selecting a plan, you will onboard with the BinderPOS team and be set up for success.

What is the typical startup time for customers on BinderPOS?

Customers can expect an average start up time of 2-4 weeks when joining BinderPOS.

What support is offered to BinderPOS customers?

Users can submit a support ticket at any time. Additionally, we offer zoom meetings for anyone that has a lot of questions, needs extra training or help setting things up. Beyond support, we have a growing library of documentation and training videos that can assist users. For eCommerce users, Shopify also has its own documentation and help center that can provide support.

Am I able to use a Custom Domain as a BinderPOS users?

Yes, you are able to point your Shopify storefront to any domain you own.

How does the monthly billing cycle for users work?

When you sign up for BinderPOS you will pay your initial monthly fee. You will receive subsequent invoices and be charged automatically on that day subsequent months. Sales Commissions are invoiced on the 1st and charged on the 15th of each month for the month 2 months prior. For example, January commissions are charged on the 15th of March.

What additional fees are users charged?

In addition to the monthly subscription fee, you are charged 2% of your online sales through your website and the BinderPOS eBay integration. If you use the BinderPOS TCGplayer integration you are charged 2.5% of your sales, but will receive a 1% discount on TCGplayer marketplace fees.
