Top Selling One Piece Cards on TCGplayer: August 2026

The first step to serving customer demand is to understand it. So to help you follow what’s currently popular with players and collectors, we’ve put together a pair of downloadable CSV reports of the top-selling One Piece cards of the past month.
These reports show the name and set of the One Piece cards with the highest total number of copies sold on the TCGplayer Marketplace between August 1 and 30, 2026. The reports consider cards from different sets to be distinct (even if they have the same name), but do not distinguish copies sold by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) or by printing (Foil, etc.).
The two reports cover cards that had an average sale price in August within two ranges: $50.00 or more, and $1.00 to $49.99.
Here are five highlights from each report.
Top Selling One Piece Cards: $50 or More
#1 Monkey.D.Luffy (Event Pack Vol. 8)
Set: One Piece Promotion Cards
Average Sale Price: $59.82
Buyouts continue to have a huge effect on which One Piece cards see the most demand in a given month.
This event pack promo was bought out in several days in August, but the most extreme example was August 12, when the average number of copies per buyer reached 22.8.
#2 Portgas.D.Ace (001) (Alternate Art)
Set: The Time of Battle
Average Sale Price: $53.65
On August 7-9, the weekend after The World’s Strongest Warriors (OP-17) was added to the unofficial OPTCG Sim, sales of this alt-art Leader card climbed to their highest point since Edward.Newgate OP17-005 was revealed in July. The new Newgate, plus the new 8000-power +2000 counter Kingdew, have made Ace much stronger in the new format than he was in OP-16, so there’s been way more demand for his fancy Leader card.
#3 Loki (Alternate Art)
Set: The World's Strongest Warriors
Average Sale Price: $61.15
The World’s Strongest Warriors (OP-17) released in the middle of August and introduced an army of new playable cards that fans have been seeking out in anticipation of the new format.
Loki is strong on his own, and basically mandatory for anyone playing the black Elbaph package in OP-17 that requires a Character in play with a cost of 12 or more. With just a $20 difference between the normal version and the alt-art version, players are happily shelling out more for the fancier Loki.
#4 Dracule Mihawk (2026 PSA Magazine Promo)
Set: One Piece Promotion Cards
Average Sale Price: $106.82
This exclusive Mihawk promo card released in August, the same month in which Mihawk became the strongest Leader in the whole game. The timing couldn’t have been better.
#5 Monkey.D.Luffy (079) (Alternate Art)
Set: The World's Strongest Warriors
Average Sale Price: $73.34
Black Elbaph Luffy is among the hyped new Leaders in The World’s Strongest Warriors. Even if it wasn’t, this would still be an alt-art Luffy card.
Top Selling One Piece Cards: $1.00 to $49.99
#1 Vander Decken IX
Set: Wings of the Captain
Average Sale Price: $3.34
Vander Decken went from a bulk Rare to a $6 card in the last week of August thanks to its combo with the new 10-cost green Shanks that released in OP-17. Shanks sets up Decken perfectly to K.O. your opponent’s biggest threat, and the green slash package played in Mihawk has no trouble fitting enough Fish-Man Characters and card draw to see the combo reliably.
#2 Prisoner of Impel Down
Set: The Time of Battle
Average Sale Price: $2.47
Like other cards in other TCGs that break playset restrictions, Prisoner of Impel Down has an inherent advantage in terms of sales numbers because the players who need copies need a TON of them.
#3 Pirates Docking Six
Set: Adventure on Kami's Island
Average Sale Price: $4.47
Another bulk rare that made it big this month, Pirates Docking Six fits beautifully alongside the black Elbaph package in OP-17, where it stocks your discard pile and plays one of the many 2-cost Straw Hat Crew Characters with conditional 5000 power.
#4 Otama
Set: 500 Years in the Future
Average Sale Price: $4.43
Otama’s stock has risen dramatically with the release of the Roronoa Zoro Mihawk support in ST32. Besides making the deck stronger, the new cards also give the deck the critical mass of Wano cards it needs to make Otama a viable searcher alongside Perona.
#5 We're Going to Claim the One Piece!!!
Set: 500 Years in the Future
Average Sale Price: $6.11
Both the Charlotte Katakuri Leader that got an upgrade with ST-34 and the new Kaido Leader in OP-17 want four copies of this old card to fix their consistency problems. Like Vander Decken and Pirates Docking Six, it’s gone from a bulk Rare to a $6 card in response to the demand from players.
