Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards on TCGplayer: January 2026
By Peter Day •
The first step to serving customer demand is to understand it. So to help you follow what’s currently popular with players and collectors, we’ve put together a pair of downloadable CSV reports of the top-selling Yu-Gi-Oh! cards of the past month.
These reports show the name and set of the Yu-Gi-Oh! cards with the highest total number of copies sold on the TCGplayer Marketplace between January 1 and 28, 2026. The reports consider cards from different sets to be distinct (even if they have the same name), but do not distinguish copies sold by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) or by printing (Foil, etc.).
The two reports cover cards that had an average sale price in January within two ranges: $50.00 or more, and $1.00 to $49.99.
Here are five highlights from each report.
Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards: $50 or More
#1 Red-Eyes Black Dragon (Ghost Rare)
Set: Ghosts From the Past: The 2nd Haunting
Average Sale Price: $95.73
Massive buyouts on January 6 and January 28 (presumably by speculators) helped this card recover from its recent dip and continue on the general upward trajectory it’s been following for the past year.
It’s not immediately obvious why anyone would choose to speculate on this copy of Red-Eyes, a recognizable Monster with little to recommend it competitively. If there’s an external reason, our best guess is that it has to do with the extended-art reprint of Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon coming in Rarity Collection 5.
#2 Vanquish Soul Razen (CR)
Set: Wild Survivors
Average Sale Price: $54.69
On January 21, Konami took Vanquish Soul Razen and Stake your Soul!! off the Forbidden and Limited List, while limiting Vanquish Soul Hollie Sue to 1. Players responded by immediately buying up every version of Vanquish Soul Razen they could to update their decks, including this one.
#3 K9-17 Izuna (Starlight Rare)
Set: Justice Hunters
Average Sale Price: $51.13
Sales of this card remained steady in January as players continued to prepare for the release of new K9 support in Burst Protocol in February.
#4 Dragon Master Magia (PUR)
Set: Quarter Century Stampede
Average Sale Price: $56.65
Sales of this card actually dipped in January compared to December. But its price increased at the same time, as listings naturally dried up, so it broke the $50 threshold to qualify for this report just before the start of the month.
Dragon Master Magia is a Yugiboomer’s dream, combining two old-school boss monsters into one 5000 power monstrosity with three negates per turn. Fans who’re hoping to live that dream (or just to own an over-the-top collectible) have four printings to choose from, of which this is the least expensive—so demand has outstripped the available supply.
#5 Blue-Eyes White Dragon
Set: OTS Tournament Pack 28
Average Sale Price: $99.66
OTS Tournament Packs are prize support packs provided by Konami to game stores that run OTS events, which makes the special reprints they contain especially hard to obtain. Konami often fills these packs with cards that are or were competitively viable, but Pack 28 (released on June 18) also includes the first OTS Tournament Pack reprint of Blue-Eyes White Dragon, arguably the most beloved card in all of Yu-Gi-Oh!.
This BEWD reprint is no longer the most expensive OTS card ever—its price has fallen steadily over the past few months as more copies have been opened and entered circulation. But its sinking price has brought it into the range of more players’ budgets, so sales have remained strong.
Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards: $1.00 to $49.99
#1 The Fallen & The Virtuous
Set: THE CHRONICLES DECK: The Fallen & The Virtuous (All-Foil Edition)
Average Sale Price: $5.04
The base-rarity version of TF&TV has been the #1 pickup from last year’s Branded structure deck for any players who already owned the cards reprinted in it. In the past month, its price has actually doubled despite the structure deck still being readily available.
#3 Mulcharmy Purulia
Set: Legendary 5D's Decks
Average Sale Price: $6.53
Speaking of reprints, the reprint of Mulcharmy Purulia in the Legendary 5D’s Decks dropped the price on this competitive staple significantly, and players were quick to grab a playset while they could.
#2 Mulcharmy Fuwalos
Set: Legendary 5D's Decks
Average Sale Price: $9.23
The same applied to Mulcharmy Meowls and Mulcharmy Fuwalos.
#4 Enneacraft - Atori.MAR
Set: Phantom Revenge
Average Sale Price: $12.38
With the exception of Atori.MAR, all of the cards in the new Enneacraft archetype introduced in Phantom Revenge cost less than $0.20, making Enneacraft an easy budget option for fans of Pendulum Monsters and flip effects. Since the rest of the deck is so easy to build, players have been quick to grab the copies of Atori.MAR they need to give themselves another option to play at weeklies.
#5 Kewl Tune Synchro
Set: Phantom Revenge
Average Sale Price: $10.84
Kewl Tune has seen the most success of the new archetypes released in Phantom Revenge, and every version of the deck runs a full playset of this Quick-Play search effect.
