USPS has announced a temporary suspension of mail delivery to select APO and DPO addresses. As a result, some orders shipped to military or diplomatic locations may be affected.
If you receive an order addressed to one of these locations, we recommend contacting the buyer to request an alternative shipping address. If the buyer is unable to provide a valid alternate address, you may cancel the order without penalty.
If the order has already been shipped, no further action is required at this time. In most cases, the package will be automatically returned to the sender. If tracking information is available, we recommend monitoring the shipment and keeping the buyer informed of its status. Once the item has been returned to your location, you may proceed with canceling the order and issuing a refund if the buyer is unable to provide an alternative shipping address.
