Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards on TCGplayer: April 2026
By Peter Day •
The first step to serving customer demand is to understand it. So to help you follow what’s currently popular with players and collectors, we’ve put together a pair of downloadable CSV reports of the top-selling Yu-Gi-Oh! cards of the past month.
These reports show the name and set of the Yu-Gi-Oh! cards with the highest total number of copies sold on the TCGplayer Marketplace between April 1 and 30, 2026. The reports consider cards from different sets to be distinct (even if they have the same name), but do not distinguish copies sold by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) or by printing (Foil, etc.).
The two reports cover cards that had an average sale price in April within two ranges: $50.00 or more, and $1.00 to $49.99.
Here are five highlights from each report.
Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards: $50 or More
#1 Fallen of the White Dragon
Set: Burst Protocol
Average Sale Price: $59.11
The recent Branded support from the Chronicles deck, plus the debut of Dracotail in Justice Hunters, has given rise to a Dragon/Spellcaster deck that combines both archetypes. Fallen of the White Dragon slots neatly into that deck, which is one of the best in the format.
The Starlight Rare version of Fallen of the White Dragon is the most expensive card in Burst Protocol, and we should expect both versions to remain at the top of every duelist’s wish list until the deck gets powercrept or banned.
#2 Ecclesia and the Dark Dragon
Set: Burst Protocol
Average Sale Price: $51.58
The same Dracotail/Branded deck that runs Fallen of the White Dragon also runs a copy of Ecclesia and the Dark Dragon in the Extra Deck, which it can summon using Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous. As we suspected might happen, the base-rarity version of the card climbed above $50 in April, and thus qualified for this report.
#3 Dark Magician of Destruction
Set: Maze of Muertos
Average Sale Price: $67.14
Dark Magician of Destruction is the premier Secret Rare from Burst Protocol. This card gives pretty much any deck access to new combo lines, often involving Red Eyes Dark Dragoon or Azamina Ilia Silvia for some omni-negates. The combos require almost no extra maindeck slots—just one for a copy of Magicians’ Soul—so it’s easy to slot into any existing or future deck with Spellcaster Monsters.
This card will be mandatory for competitive play until the meta changes significantly or Konami bans it.
#4 Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon
Set: Rarity Collection 5
Average Sale Price: $83.21
Speaking of Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon, this Fusion Monster was one of several classic cards that got extended-art versions in Rarity Collection 5. Cards in this style are new to Yu-Gi-Oh!, and fans have embraced them enthusiastically, filling both of this month’s reports with cards from the set.
#5 Dominus Purge (Extended Art)
Set: Rarity Collection 5
Average Sale Price: $66.34
Another RCV extended-art card, Dominus Purge has been more or less mandatory in any decks that can handle its restriction. That power has made it highly valuable, and despite being printed nine times across four sets, even the cheapest versions sell for around $12. At that price, many players are willing to shell out a bit more for the extended-art version.
Top Selling Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards: $1.00 to $49.99
#1 Trap Dustshoot (Ultra Rare)
Set: Rarity Collection 5
Average Sale Price: $1.51
Often seen in retro formats, Trap Dustshoot was reaching $12 a copy before it was reprinted in Rarity Collection 5 last month. Players have been nabbing this and other key reprints while they’re affordable.
#2 Forbidden Droplet
Set: Legendary Modern Decks 2026
Average Sale Price: $1.06
As Konami promised, Legendary Modern Decks 2026 included plenty of competitive staples. One of those was Forbidden Droplet, an all-star Quick-Play Spell that was worth well over $100 soon after it debuted in 2020’s Rise of the Duelist. More recently, frequent reprints had cut it down to $2 a copy, and the latest reprint cut that in half again.
#3 Primite Dragon Ether Beryl (Ultra Rare)
Set: Rarity Collection 5
Average Sale Price: $2.02
Primite Dragon Ether Beryl cost ~$13 a copy as recently as March, but the Rarity Collection 5 reprint has driven its price down to a fraction of that.
#4 Primite Lordly Lode (Ultra Rare)
Set: Rarity Collection 5
Average Sale Price: $2.26
Like Primite Dragon Ether Beryl, Primite Lordly Lode rewards players for running the Normal Monsters that everyone remembers from the early days of Yu-Gi-Oh!, but which rarely make the cut anymore. At the end of February, copies were selling for ~$18. Now that it's been reprinted, players are picking up Primite Lordly Lode on the cheap while they still can.
#5 S:P Little Knight
Set: Legendary Modern Decks 2026
Average Sale Price: $1.02
We’re 5 for 5 on low-cost competitive reprints this month. S:P Little Knight gives practically any deck access to Quick Effect shenanigans, and before Legendary Modern Decks 2026, players could expect to pay $9 per copy. Now that price has been slashed nearly 90%.
