Top Selling Sealed Products: May 2026

Choosing which sealed products to invest in is an important decision for your business. The right products can yield big returns for your business in just a few transactions, but the wrong products can be a serious burden on your cash flow.

To help you pick the right products more often, we compiled a pair of reports looking at the top selling sealed products on TCGplayer last month. These reports will show you which sets are most popular with players and collectors right now, so you can anticipate which products will be easy to sell online.

These reports list the top 100 sealed TCG products between May 1 and 31, 2026 by two metrics: GMV (the total amount of money that buyers spent), and quantity (the total number of units sold).

Below, we’ve highlighted five of those products for each report. These products were chosen by starting from the top of each overall list and going down, taking the top product of each game that hadn’t been highlighted yet. The products are ordered below according to their overall rank in the full reports.

Top Selling Sealed Products by GMV

#1 Chaos Rising Booster Box

Game: Pokémon
Set: Chaos Rising.
Released: May 22, 2026.
Average Product Value: $245.59.

The Pokémon TCG has been experiencing a truly unprecedented boom in demand, and interest in “pokemon cards” on Google reached a peak in April that exceeds anything we saw during the release of Pokémon GO, the early pandemic boom, or the release of Pokémon TCG Pocket.

That interest pushed the newest Pokémon booster boxes above everything else this month. While the set’s small size and Gen VI headliner would normally make it a more modest release, the current Pokémon market is too hot for anything to fly under the radar.

#2 Secrets of Strixhaven - Collector Booster Display

Game: Magic: The Gathering.
Set: Secrets of Strixhaven.
Released: April 24, 2026.
Average Product Value: $380.14.

Back for a second month, Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Booster Displays held their position as the best-selling Magic sealed product in May.

Secrets of Strixhaven has been an unqualified hit with players, triggering the most well-attended Prerelease weekend since War of the Spark in 2019. Its success contrasts with the disappointing reception to the last Magic set, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Even collectors appear to prefer Secrets of Strixhaven, with TMNT Collector Boxes currently selling for less than Secrets of Strixhaven Collector Boxes despite having fewer listings on the marketplace.

#3 Unleashed - Booster Display

Game: Riftbound.
Set: Unleashed.
Released: May 8, 2026.
Average Product Value: $122.30.

Compared to boxes of Riftbound’s first two sets, Unleashed Booster Displays released at a much lower price and came in at a much lower price on release day, and even dipped below MSRP for a few weeks.

We can’t pin that on a lack of demand, however. Riftbound continues to drive impressive sales numbers, with Unleashed Booster Boxes outselling Play Booster Displays of the latest Magic set (Secrets of Strixhaven).

#4 Carrying On His Will Booster Box

Game: One Piece Card Game.
Set: Carrying On His Will (OP-13).
Released: November 7, 2025.
Average Product Value: $471.89.

TCGplayer’s “Mayhem” promotion on May 29, 2026 gave TCG fans a reason to pull the trigger on any big-ticket purchases they’d been putting off. For One Piece fans, that meant buying lots of boxes of Carrying On His Will (OP-13), the biggest set of the past 12 months and the set that contains the most valuable One Piece card available in booster packs.

Bandai promised a reprint on these boxes months ago, and it looks like that wave of reprints finally arrived late in May, just in time for the promotion. For buyers, the timing couldn’t have been better.

#5 Wilds Unknown Booster Box Case

Game: Lorcana TCG.
Set: Wilds Unknown.
Released: May 8, 2026.
Average Product Value: $510.13.

Wilds Unknown has been a massive hit for Disney Lorcana. The new set introduces Pixar characters to the game for the first time, and the accompanying two-player starter set featuring Toy Story and The Incredibles gives new players a more attractive starting point than the game has had in a long while.

With Wilds Unknown Booster Boxes selling for nearly 2x MSRP at time of writing, it feels like Disney Lorcana is enjoying a renaissance—a rare thing for a TCG coming up on its third year anniversary.

Top Selling Sealed Products by Quantity

#1 Ascended Heroes Booster Pack

Game: Pokémon.
Set: Ascended Heroes.
Released: February 20, 2026.
Average Product Value: $13.51.

Ascended Heroes is the biggest Pokémon set of 2026 so far, and its booster packs were once again the best-selling sealed product of the month in terms of sheer quantity. With sealed Pokémon product being so expensive and loose Ascended Heroes packs not being available at retail, some fans are using TCGplayer to pick up individual packs in high quantities.

#2 Adventure on Kami’s Island Booster Pack

Game: One Piece Card Game.
Set: Adventure on Kami’s Island (EB04-OP15).
Released: April 3, 2026.
Average Product Value: $6.49.

Loose packs of Adventure on Kami’s Island were next, just like in April.

#3 Unleashed - Booster Display

Game: Riftbound.
Set: Unleashed.
Released: May 8, 2026.
Average Product Value: $122.30.

You read that right—the next spot goes to a booster display, not a booster pack.

Sorting the best-sellers by quantity typically favors less expensive products like products, so it really speaks to the demand for Riftbound that boxes of the latest set rank high by both GMV and total quantity sold.

#4 Abyss Eye Booster Pack

Game: Pokémon Japan.
Set: Abyss Eye.
Released: May 22, 2026.
Average Product Value: $3.49.

Next up are the packs from the most recent Japanese Pokémon set. We’ll be getting English versions of the cards from Abyss Eye in the International set Pitch Black when it releases on July 17.

#5 Blazing Dominion Booster Box

Game: Yu-Gi-Oh!
Set: Blazing Dominion.
Released: May 8, 2026.
Average Product Value: $72.49.

Blazing Dominion doesn’t feature the full-art card styles that made Rarity Collection 5 such a massive success among collectors, but in terms of power, it’s still a must-have set for players.
