Top Selling Sealed Product Right Now — 09/03/2025

Choosing which sealed products to invest in is an important decision for your business. The right products can yield big returns for your business in just a few transactions, but the wrong products can be a serious burden on your cash flow.

To help you pick the right products more often, we compiled a report of the top selling sealed products on TCGplayer last month. This report will show you which sets are most popular with players and collectors right now, so you can anticipate which products will be easy to sell online.

The report lists the top 100 sealed TCG products by total GMV between August 1 and 31, 2025. Below, we’ve highlighted five of those products. These products were chosen by starting from the top of the overall list and going down, taking the top product of each game that hadn’t been highlighted yet. The five products are ordered below according to their overall rank in the full report.

#1 Edge of Eternities - Collector Booster Display

Game: Magic: The Gathering.
Set: Edge of Eternities.
Released: August 1, 2025.
Average Product Value: $379.57.

Edge of Eternities has booted FINAL FANTASY out of the top spot for the first time since April. While FINAL FANTASY sales are still going strong, the wave of collector buy-in seems to have subsided a bit as FF Collector Booster Displays have stabilized above four figures.

Meanwhile, Edge of Eternities has maybe been bigger with collectors than anticipated thanks to high-value reprints in the Stellar Sights subset like Ancient Tomb, and the Singularity Foil version of Sothera, the Supervoid commanding a quadruple-figure price of its own.

#2 Mega Evolution Enhanced Booster Box

Game: Pokémon TCG.
Set: Mega Evolution.
Released: September 26, 2025.
Average Product Value: $253.30.

Just behind those thousand-dollar FINAL FANTASY Collector Booster Displays were the Enhanced Booster Boxes from Mega Evolution, the upcoming Pokémon set which will be the first set of the Mega Evolution Series. Sales of Black Bolt and White Flare ETBs have fallen off relatively quickly, and fans seem eager to get to the new Series in anticipation of the release of Pokémon Legends: Z-A in October.

Enhanced Booster Boxes are a relatively new product that The Pokémon Company International first tried out for Journey Together earlier this year. They’re identical to regular Booster Boxes except they come with a box-topper card—in this case, a special copy of Illustration Rare Bulbasaur from Mega Evolution with a stamp of the set’s logo. They’re strictly better value for buyers on the marketplace right now, as they’re actually preselling for less than regular, non-”enhanced” booster boxes, likely due to buyers not yet understanding the difference. But fans who are plugged in enough to submit preorders know enough to pick the better deal.

#3 Legacy of the Master Booster Box

Game: One Piece Card Game.
Set: Legacy of the Master.
Released: August 22, 2025.
Average Product Value: $126.54.

As expected, Legacy of the Master replaced A Fist of Divine Speed when the new One Piece set released in August. The new Leaders, together with the recent changes to the ban list, have shaken up the format, and Bandai’s decision to once again include extra SP anniversary cards has given collectors even more multi-hundred-dollar cards to chase.

The argument to expand the Big Three to the Big Four and include One Piece alongside industry stalwarts like Magic, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh gets stronger every month.

#4 Newtype Rising Booster Box

Game: Gundam Card Game.
Set: Newtype Rising.
Released: July 25, 2025.
Average Product Value: $201.44.

The Gundam Card Game’s first set has only slipped one place in August, a month after its debut. This follows the pattern of Bandai TCGs entering the scene with tons of hype and product shortages.

While there are some signs that this initial hype is waning—mostly the fact that box prices have dropped significantly, and are back under $200 at time of writing—it’s still an impressive start for this fledgling game. Newtype Rising still features two multi-hundred dollar cards, both of which have only become more valuable in the past month.

#5 Mega Symphonia Booster Box

Game: Pokémon Japan.
Set: Mega Symphonia.
Released: August 1, 2025.
Average Product Value: $82.05.

The Japanese set Mega Symphonia creeps into fifth place this month. We’ll be getting English versions of the cards in Mega Symphonia and its sister set Mega Brave when Mega Evolution releases later in September. For now, the Japanese sets are selling respectably well thanks to their top chase cards, especially the Mega Ultra Rare versions of Mega Gardevoir ex and Mega Lucario ex.

Unlike Ultra Rares from the Scarlet & Violet era (the equivalent of English Hyper Rares, or Gold Rares), Mega Ultra Rares have exclusive artwork, and so far have been limited to just one per set. That exclusivity and scarcity has made them far more popular with collectors—closer to the Black White Rares from Black Bolt and White Flare than to the Ultra Rares from sets like The Glory of Team Rocket. These changes bode well for the future of the Mega Evolution Series in both the east and the west.
