Top Selling Sealed Product Right Now — 08/13/2025

Choosing which sealed products to invest in is an important decision for your business. The right products can yield big returns for your business in just a few transactions, but the wrong products can be a serious burden on your cash flow.

To help you pick the right products more often, we compiled a report of the top selling sealed products on TCGplayer last month. This report will show you which sets are most popular with players and collectors right now, so you can anticipate which products will be easy to sell online.

The report lists the top 100 sealed TCG products by total GMV between July 1 and 31, 2025. Below, we’ve highlighted five of those products. These products were chosen by starting from the top of the overall list and going down, taking the top product of each game that hadn’t been highlighted yet. The five products are ordered below according to their overall rank in the full report.

#1 FINAL FANTASY - Collector Booster Display

Game: Magic: The Gathering.
Set: FINAL FANTASY.
Released: June 13, 2025.
Average Product Value: $728.01.

FINAL FANTASY takes the top spot for the third month in a row.

Back on April 24, Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks announced to investors that FINAL FANTASY was already the bestselling Magic: The Gathering set of all time based on preorders alone. Even in May, FINAL FANTASY Play Booster Displays, Collector Booster Displays, and Commander Deck Displays were each outselling all other sealed products on the platform.

Not even the release of Edge of Eternities in July could keep FINAL FANTASY Collector Booster Displays out of first place (though EOE Collector and Play Booster Displays did manage to outsell FINAL FANTASY Play Booster Displays and Gift Bundles). This set is unstoppable. We should expect Hasbro to fully internalize the lesson that Universes Beyond sets are Magic’s biggest money-makers.

There’s one other important detail to note this month. Fans who bought FINAL FANTASY Collector Booster Displays bought just shy of three displays each, on average. Given the cost of one of these displays, it’s obvious that whale collectors are behind the vast majority of this GMV.

#2 Black Bolt Elite Trainer Box

Game: Pokémon TCG.
Set: Black Bolt.
Released: July 18, 2025.
Average Product Value: $96.17.

Black Bolt and White Flare Elite Trainer Boxes also managed to outperform FINAL FANTASY Play Booster Displays, and almost would have ranked above FINAL FANTASY Collector Booster Displays if they were counted together.

Black Bolt and White Flare are spiritual sequels to 2023’s Scarlet & Violet—151, and together contain every Pokémon in the Unova Pokédex. Gen V will never match Gen I for nostalgia value, but this is still a wildly popular gimmick that The Pokémon Company will likely roll out for other generations in the future. Their decision to include over 150 Illustration Rare and Special Illustration Rare cards between the two sets shows that they’ve learned the correct lesson from the Scarlet & Violet Series: art sells cards. Thankfully, they appear to be carrying that lesson forward into the upcoming Mega Evolution Series.

#3 Newtype Rising Booster Box

Game: Gundam Card Game.
Set: Newtype Rising.
Released: July 25, 2025.
Average Product Value: $214.69.

The Gundam Card Game’s very first set has debuted the same way as most Bandai TCGs: with tons of hype, a shortage of product, and sky-high prices.

Stealing third place on this list away from One Piece is a huge achievement. I’m not sure whether it tells us much about how successful the Gundam Card Game will be in the long term. Both Disney Lorcana and Star Wars: Unlimited proved that having an explosive Set 1 doesn’t necessarily translate into the same level of success for all later sets. But it’s still exciting to see a new TCG debut in such spectacular fashion.

#4 A Fist of Divine Speed Booster Box

Game: One Piece Card Game.
Set: A Fist of Divine Speed.
Released: June 6, 2025.
Average Product Value: $121.34.

A Fist of Divine Speed has posted another impressive month, during which it barely budged in terms of value. The set has been a smash hit among players, and collectors are happily tearing through boxes searching for the $2,000 Gold SP Gear 5 Luffy.

One Piece hasn’t slowed down at all since it became a mainstay on these bestseller lists. Expect Legacy of the Master to replace A Fist of Divine Speed next month, but don’t expect One Piece to go anywhere.

#5 Black Bolt Booster Box

Game: Pokémon Japan.
Set: Black Bolt.
Released: June 6, 2025.
Average Product Value: $87.03.

The Japanese version of Black Bolt continued to sell well this month, keeping July releases like Yu-Gi-Oh’s Duelist’s Advance and Star Wars: Unlimited’s Legends of the Force out of contention for the Top 5.

Japan’s Black Bolt and White Flare sets are nearly identical to the international versions, and are appealing for all the same reasons. Great illustrations transcend language.
