Top Selling Pokémon Cards on TCGplayer: November 2025

The first step to serving customer demand is to understand it. So to help you follow what’s currently popular with players and collectors, we’ve put together a pair of downloadable CSV reports of the top-selling Pokémon cards of the past month.

These reports show the name and set of the Pokémon cards with the highest total number of copies sold on the TCGplayer Marketplace between November 1 and 31, 2025. The reports consider cards from different sets to be distinct (even if they have the same name), but do not distinguish copies sold by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) or by printing (Foil, etc.).

The two reports cover cards that had an average sale price in November within two ranges: $50.00 or more, and $1.00 to $49.99.

Here are five highlights from each report.

Top Selling Pokémon Cards: $50 or More

#1 Mega Charizard X ex - 023
Set: Mega Evolution Promo
Average Sale Price: $70.20

Normally, all or most of these five highlighted spots are taken up by cards from Scarlet & Violet—151. But those cards have all fallen further down the bestseller list—possibly as a consequence of the general slowing of the Pokémon market—so instead, we’ve got a couple underrated cards from recent sets, plus three promos from products that fans aren’t eager to open at their current prices.

First among those promos is Mega Charizard X ex 23, the “Mega Attack Rare”-style card included in the Mega Charizard X ex Ultra Premium Collection. This UPC is selling for $80 over MSRP, even as singles from Phantasmal Flames continue to slump, so many fans are opting to pick up the exclusive goodies they want from it individually.

#2 Dawn - 129/094
Set: Phantasmal Flames
Average Sale Price: $55.52

Special Illustration Rare Dawn is the best card to pull from Phantasmal Flames that isn’t named “Charizard.” On top of that, it’s highly playable and marks the first time Dawn has had a card of her own in the TCG. With Phantasmal Flames singles sinking and sealed remaining largely out of reach, it’s no surprise that collectors and players have opted to buy high-rarity cards like this outright.

#3 Misty's Psyduck - 193/182
Set: Destined Rivals
Average Sale Price: $50.74

Illustration Rare Misty’s Psyduck just barely qualified for this price bracket in November, thanks to a small price spike from orders during Cyber Weekend. That bump appears to have come entirely from collectors grabbing this card for its art—other mid-rarity cards of nostalgic Pokémon like Hyper Rare Team Rocket’s Crobat ex and Illustration Rare Articuno saw a similar trend.

#4 Kingdra ex - 131
Set: Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards
Average Sale Price: $55.23

This ukiyo-e-inspired promo from the Kingdra ex Special Illustration Collection is probably in low supply since collectors mostly avoided Shrouded Fable, the set it released with. If so, that would make it a ripe target for speculation—which is exactly what we’ve seen, with massive single-day sales spikes every other month or so. In November, we got two: one on Black Friday, when the average number of copies per buyer reached 3.6, and an even bigger sales spike on November 7 when the average number of copies per buyer soared to 29.0.

#5 Greninja ex - 132
Set: Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards
Average Sale Price: $51.11

This Greninja promo comes from a Shrouded Fable Special Illustration Collection much like Kingdra ex 131, and has a similar story. On November 7, the average number of copies per buyer shot up to 13.0, only to fall back to 1.0 the next day.

Top Selling Pokémon Cards: $1.00 to $49.99

#1 Night Stretcher
Set: Shrouded Fable
Average Sale Price: $1.13

Generically strong playable cards have once again claimed the top 5 slots in this price bracket (with one exception).

Night Stretcher is just a simple competitive staple that’s never been reprinted at base rarity since its original appearance in Shrouded Fable.

#2 Mega Gengar ex
Set: Phantasmal Flames
Average Sale Price: $3.21

Gengar has sneakily risen to become the second-most popular Pokémon in the whole franchise, with a long legacy of valuable cards to its name. Inexplicably, Phantasmal Flames doesn’t include any Secret Rare versions of Mega Gengar ex, so collectors have to settle for this regular Double Rare version.

That’ll change once Ascended Heroes releases on January 30. SAR Mega Gengar ex is already the most valuable card in the corresponding Japanese set, MEGA Dream ex, ahead of both the SAR and MUR versions of Mega Dragonite ex.

#3 Arven
Set: Obsidian Flames
Average Sale Price: $1.22

Another competitive staple, Arven is a two-for-one search card that shows up all over the Pokémon TCG’s Standard format.

#4 Hilda
Set: White Flare
Average Sale Price: $1.56

Hilda allows players to search out Special Energy cards, and has quickly become a staple in Dragapult decks like the one that Justin Newdorf piloted to second place at the 2025 World Championships.

#5 Mega Kangaskhan ex - 104/132
Set: Mega Evolution
Average Sale Price: $1.20

Mega Kangaskhan ex has risen to become a competitive staple itself thanks to Tord Reklev’s innovative Mega Absol Box deck.
