Top Selling Pokémon Cards on TCGplayer: February 2026
By Peter Day •
The first step to serving customer demand is to understand it. So to help you follow what’s currently popular with players and collectors, we’ve put together a pair of downloadable CSV reports of the top-selling Pokémon cards of the past month.
These reports show the name and set of the Pokémon cards with the highest total number of copies sold on the TCGplayer Marketplace between February 1 and 28, 2026. The reports consider cards from different sets to be distinct (even if they have the same name), but do not distinguish copies sold by condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) or by printing (Foil, etc.).
The two reports cover cards that had an average sale price in February within two ranges: $50.00 or more, and $1.00 to $49.99.

Here are five highlights from each report.
Top Selling Pokémon Cards: $50 or More
#1 Mew ex - 053
Set: Scarlet & Violet Promo Cards
Average Sale Price: $57.67
This promo card, originally distributed in the 151 Ultra-Premium Collection, was the target of buyouts throughout 2025. February’s been a fairly quiet month for it, with sustained sales and only one day when the average number of copies per buyer rose above 4.0.
#2 Charmander - 168/165
Set: Scarlet & Violet—151
Average Sale Price: $68.09
Mew ex aside, the $50+ category this month was dominated by cards from Scarlet & Violet—151, many of which have been climbing in price and only recently qualified for this report. Charmander went from $67 on the 16th to $85 on the 28th, and has continued to spike as copies have become harder to find.
#3 Squirtle - 170/165
Set: Scarlet & Violet—151
Average Sale Price: $62.39
Squirtle similarly started the month at $58 and reached $88 by the 28th.
#4 Zapdos ex - 202/165
Set: Scarlet & Violet—151
Average Sale Price: $73.77
Zapdos went from $66 to $86 over the course of February.
#5 Blastoise ex - 200/165
Set: Scarlet & Violet—151
Average Sale Price: $109.02
And Blastoise had the most precipitous climb of all, going from $91 at the start of February to $150 by the end.
None of these climbs were prompted by a huge surge in orders, but the cards’ sales volume didn’t significantly decrease, either. It seems like fans are willing to pay whatever it takes to own the chase cards from this all-time great set.
Top Selling Pokémon Cards: $1.00 to $49.99
#1 Poké Pad
Set: Ascended Heroes
Average Sale Price: $8.02
Poké Pad is the most important new card from Ascended Heroes for players, especially as players prepare for Standard to rotate on April 10. With ASC sealed product scarce, this Common has become way more valuable than its printed rarity would suggest.
#2 Mega Gengar ex
Set: Phantasmal Flames
Average Sale Price: $2.39
Gengar cards have been selling like haunted hotcakes all across the market. Because Phantasmal Flames doesn’t have any Illustration Rare-style Gengar cards, collectors have been making due with the base-rarity version until they can nab the SIR from Ascended Heroes.
#3 Mega Charizard X ex - 013/094
Set: Phantasmal Flames
Average Sale Price:$4.30
The base-rarity version of Mega Charizard X ex is also high on fans' wishlists simply by virtue of being a Mega Charizard card.
#4 Pikachu (Pokemon Day 2026)
Set: Miscellaneous Cards & Products
Average Sale Price: $4.30
With no other 30th Anniversary Pokémon card products on the market yet, this promo has understandably sold well during the month that contained the date it was printed to celebrate.
#5 Hilda
Set: White Flare
Average Sale Price: $1.79
Most months, this entire report is exclusively populated by cards like Hilda: generically powerful Trainer cards that haven’t been reprinted in many sets and are able to stay over $1. Players need playsets, so they sell quickly.
