Introducing the Upgraded Seller Feedback Page

We’re excited to announce an update to the seller feedback page, designed to create a more modern, transparent, and consistent experience for both sellers and buyers. These updates will be completed on February 5, 2026.
What’s New
- Updated Design: The seller feedback page now features a cleaner, more professional layout that better aligns with the buyer feedback form.
- Rating History Display: Public facing feedback and rating history will now show up to the last 12 months instead of all time. All time history will still be visible in the Seller Portal.
- 1-5 Star Rating Display: Feedback will now display as a 1-5 star rating, with no changes to the current feedback system and calculations.
- Verified Purchase Notice: Includes a new statement on verified purchases to help reinforce trust and credibility.
- WPN Seller Badge: The WPN Badge will now appear on the page for applicable sellers.
- Comment-Only Filter: You can now filter for ratings that include comments for quicker insights into buyer experience.
- New Seller Page URLs: Each seller now has a dedicated seller URL, laying the foundation for future enhancements.
These updates will make your seller page more visually engaging and easier to navigate, with no action needed from you. This is just the beginning – stay tuned for more improvements!
