Important Update to the TCGplayer Mobile App

To maintain compatibility with the current platform and security requirements, all TCGplayer mobile app versions older than 5.0 (e.g., 4.12.1) will no longer be supported starting March 12, 2026. Please update to the newest version of the app.

To update to the newest version, follow these simple steps:

  1. For iOs users, navigate to the TCGplayer mobile app in the Apple App Store and click “Update.”
  2. For Android users, navigate to the TCGplayer mobile app in the Google Play app and click “Update.”

This version offers expanded functionality and continued support for sellers, including:

  • Supports All Trading Card Games: All TCGs available on the TCGplayer marketplace are supported on the mobile app, allowing you to scan and upload everything from the major product lines to emerging games.
  • Fast & Accurate Card Scanning: The TCGplayer app lets you quickly scan and organize every trading card game available on the marketplace. Plus, you can scan a card to view the Market Price in real-time, giving you instantaneous access to data based on thousands of daily transactions.
  • Upload Your Inventory: Import the cards you scan from the app to the Seller Portal. All Level 4 sellers can seamlessly digitize and upload their inventory to their seller account at no cost. On top of that, there’s no hardware needed beyond your phone.

We are continually working to improve the TCGplayer mobile app and will have exciting updates coming soon. These updates include the ability to apply a set across all games, scanner usability enhancements, fixes to inventory export accuracy, and improved pricing visibility.
