Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World is releasing not one, but three new products on March 13, 2026. With two starter decks and a booster pack introducing new mechanics and exclusive illustrations, these releases are well-positioned to drive buyer interest across the TCG community.
Booster Pack
Dual Evolution [FB09], the game’s latest booster pack, introduces 5 new Leader Cards built around exciting new mechanics. Each Leader features unique awakening conditions and powerful effects, including KO control, card draw, power boosts, and more. These leaders greatly expand strategic options and redefine the flow of battle.
With two new game mechanics, Dual Evolution brings deeper strategy and dynamic gameplay.
- Fusion Evolve: A card with Fusion Evolve can be played in Active Mode from your hand by stacking it on top of two specified Battle Cards with equal power.
- Ki: An energy marker placed under a card. Accumulate, spend, or reference Ki to activate various skills.
Many effects truly shine after awakening, allowing skilled players to turn the tide of battle with a single move.
This set also includes a wide variety of stunning Alt-Art cards with exclusive illustrations and premium finishes. Iconic scenes appear in the “Visual Alt-Art ver.”, and even essential Super Combo cards have Alt-Art versions. All Leaders and Super Rares feature Alt-Art designs, while Secret Rares boast ultra-luxurious Super Alt-Art treatments. A brand new rarity, Super Alt-Art Leaders, makes this set a must-have for collectors.
Starter Deck EX
The Phase of Evolution [FS11] and The Beat of Ki [FS12] feature two powerful “Son Goku” Leader Cards, each inspired by his appearances in the Frieza Saga and the Majin Buu Saga from Dragon Ball. Both leaders bring incredible strength to the battlefield, making these decks ready to play.
Each starter deck includes:

Each deck includes 10 Energy Markers, to fully support the new Ki mechanic. Each marker features original artwork using illustrations from the Leader and Super Rare cards included in the deck. To make this release even better, just like FS09 and FS10, this deluxe set features an all-foil deck.
