Grand Archive TCG’s newest set, .asphodel/paradise, releases on August 21, 2026.
Enter a futuristic new world ruled by music and emotion as you explore Asphodel, a land shaped by the goddess Harmonia. Once a place of promise, the city of Dis has become a source of widespread decay and the Champions must uncover the mysterious force threatening the future of Asphodel.
Set Overview
.asphodel/paradise is a standard expansion that mainly focuses on the Warrior and Mage classes, and the Advanced Elements Arcane and Exia. With 254 unique cards, the set also brings the return of Curio foils, 1 Collector Ultra Rare, and 20 Collector Super Rares. The set also introduces a new collector foil subset, Grimoire, making it the perfect addition to any collection.
Designed to be draftable and played right out of the pack, new players can easily duel to defeat the opposing Champion in .asphodel/paradise.
New Starter Decks
The release of this set introduces two new starter decks, featuring returning Champion Lorraine and new Champion Dante. Each starter deck includes a 60-card main deck, a 12 card material deck, and has a chance at a randomly inserted non-champion Collector Super Rare card.
The Warrior-focused Lorraine, Arclight Saber focuses on her journey to help others with the deck featuring the Fire and Arcane elements. As a Mage Dante, Hemomancer utilizes Water and Exia elements, all while struggling with a devastating illness and fighting to protect what is most important to him.
New Cards
Ahead of the release on August 21, Grand Archive TCG has released exclusive card reveals and even hosted a developer stream where Lead Game Designer, Sylidar, talked about the set's design, playstyles, and introduced the new starter decks. .asphodel/paradise will make its world premier at Ascent Worlds Singapore 2026 on August 14-16, where fans can celebrate the game and learn what’s in store for 2026.
