Celebrate Pokémon Day and Win A Sponsored Game Night

Join TCGplayer in celebrating Pokémon’s 30th Anniversary and Pokémon Day on February 27!

From the first cards released in Japan in 1996 to the Pokémon defining today’s competitive decks, TCGplayer is the home for every era of the Pokémon CCG—past, present, and future. Whether you’re rediscovering the cards you grew up with or chasing the next iconic pull, TCGplayer connects sellers, collectors, and players around the Pokémon legends throughout the franchise’s history.

To celebrate Pokémon’s 30th Anniversary, TCGplayer will be running a raffle from February 17 to February 27 (culminating on Pokémon Day) for three participating stores to win a TCGplayer-sponsored Pokémon game night.

How to Enter

  1. Post a photo or short video on Instagram, highlighting your most iconic Pokémon cards currently in stock in-store and/or on TCGplayer, between February 17, 2026 and February 27, 2026. Example photos include:

    1. Iconic Pokémon singles or sealed product available in your LGS

    2. Photo of a Pokémon product display

  2. Tag @tcgplayer_com and use the hashtag #TCGplayerPokémonDay on Instagram.

  3. Ensure your store meets the qualifying criteria:

    1. Operate a physical retail location in the U.S.

    2. Be a TCGplayer seller in good standing

  4. Posting will automatically enter your store into the raffle. Please note that stores are limited to one submission.

Raffle Prize Details
Three participating stores will be randomly selected to win a TCGplayer-sponsored Pokémon game night in May 2026, designed to bring your local Pokémon community together. Each winning store will receive:

  • Dedicated 1:1 event planning session.
  • Custom co-branded swag, such as:
    • Playmats
    • Pins
    • Stickers
    • Posters
  • Professional photographer, hired by TCGplayer, to capture the event.
  • Email promotion to local TCGplayer customers to drive participation for the event.
