Streamline Your Workflow with Custom Quick Filters on the Orders Page

We’re excited to share that we’ve added custom quick filters on the Orders Page, so you can now save up to five filters that you frequently use. This new feature will allow you to access the information most relevant to you, quickly and easily.

What are Custom Quick Filters? 

Custom quick filters are designed to enhance your order management experience by allowing you to tailor filters to fit your specific needs. By saving these filters, you can efficiently manage and process orders without having to repeatedly set the same criteria. You can save up to five custom filters, each with a distinctive name.

The default quick filters provided by TCGplayer cannot be re-ordered or removed –– these preset filters are designed to offer a standard view and remain fixed for all users.

How To Create Custom Filters

1. Select Filters: Begin by selecting the filters you wish to use to sort your orders. These filters should align with the specific criteria that best suit your store's workflow needs.

2. Save Filters: Once you have applied the desired filters, a "Save Filter" button will appear next to the search bar. This indicates that your selected filters are ready to be saved for future use.

3. Name Your Filter: Click the "Save Filters" button, and a prompt will appear allowing you to give your custom filter a unique name. Choose a name that clearly represents the purpose or criteria of the filter for easy identification.

Please note, sub-users cannot create, change, or delete custom filters. However, they can utilize the filters created by the primary store account, ensuring that filter management is centralized and controlled.
