We wanted to share an update on some of the work being done by the Seller Services Product and Technology teams that directly impacts you.
As we hope you have heard from the theme of our recent communications, we have been focusing on addressing some of the long-standing requests and bugs that you have reported. Some of the areas of improvement include consistent calculations in the Sales Summary and Seller Sales Tax reports and also the chronic issue where the wrong number of unread messages shows in the Seller Portal.
Additionally, our team has been working on a large inventory architecture project which will modernize the system that supports your inventory price and quantity data. These updates will cause your price and quantity updates to process faster and more transparently. We’ve identified dozens of areas within our system that will benefit from this upgrade.
Beyond these important updates, on April 1st we officially launched the MassPrice scheduler. You can now schedule rules to run on a specified date and time that you choose. If you’re a TCGplayer Pro Seller you automatically have access to MassPrice and if you aren’t part of Pro yet we’re happy to help see if it’s a fit for your business.
