What is BinderPOS 
BinderPOS is a point-of-sale and inventory management software designed for collectibles. With BinderPOS, hobby game stores can manage their in-store and online inventory with ease, while utilizing multiple sales channels including a branded website, TCGplayer, and eBay.

BinderPOS Monthly Fees
There are two BinderPOS plans to choose from: 

1. BinderPOS Basic: $100/month 
2. BinderPOS Pro: $150/month 

The Basic plan includes an extensive list of features, included but not limited to basic website setup, point-of-sale, kiosk, buylist, event module, analytics and reporting, singles and sealed database, and more. The Pro plan includes advanced website setup, more customizable website templates, HTML embed capability, and unique headers/footers. There are additional fees that sellers will be charged, on top of the BinderPOS Sync and Commision fees in the above table. These fees vary based on the agreements and relationships the seller has with independent third party providers. 

The below table shows the related fees using an example of a seller with a $10 order and the various fees they would be charged based on which channel the sale occurs in. These fee ranges are only a representation and are not totally inclusive of all additional charges the seller could incur through their third party relationships.

*The TCGplayer 9.25% Commission Fee takes into consideration the 1% discount for purchasing BinderPOS. The standard Commission Fee for all other Sellers is 10.25%

**These fees are separate from TCGplayer BinderPOS fees. They vary and are determined by the Seller’s agreements and relationships with third party companies.

Note: Shopify is required in order to use the BinderPOS product. If the seller does not have a Shopify account, TCGplayer will facilitate this to create the website. If they have an existing Shopify account they can sync that to BinderPOS (as long as it is not Starter or Retail). 

Shopify Packages
We partner with Shopify to offer powerful capabilities, like a fully customizable website, unlimited product inventory and customer data, the ability to instantly accept credit cards, and more. There are a variety of Shopify plans to choose from. Please note, Shopify is required with BinderPOS. 

eBay Fees
If you choose to use the BinderPOS eBay Integration, there are eBay fees associated with listing and selling inventory, outlined below.
