Store Credit Payment Method Update
As of May 8, 2024, store credit will no longer be available as a payment option for sellers. This change applies to both new and existing sellers. 

What’s New: 

  • Store credit as a payment option for sellers will be discontinued.
  • Current sellers who receive payments via bank accounts will no longer have the option to switch to store credit payment in the Seller Portal. 
  • New sellers will no longer be prompted to enter payment information during the account sign up process. Sellers will now be prompted to enter payment details after successfully signing up for a more streamlined experience. This not only ensures sellers receive proper payment, but also enhances our trust and safety efforts, contributing to an overall user-friendly process.   

Sellers who are currently receiving payments via store credit will not be impacted by this change at this time, and will continue receiving store credit payments through this method until further notice. If you have any questions, please reach out to us
