Team TCGplayer joined over 450 retailers at the Southern Hobby Retail Expo in Nashville last week. We had a wonderful time connecting with local game store owners and getting feedback on how we can make TCGplayer Pro even better for the seller community.
We knew it was going to be incredible when the first seller we spoke with, Bryan Huff from MindGamez, said, “TCGplayer Pro saved my store.” Bryan is new to Pro and the Quicklist card scanning software, custom storefront and the ability to easily price his inventory have helped him streamline his in-store workflow, saving his business time and money. The MindGamez Pro storefront is a great example of what’s possible with TCGplayer Pro. It shows the store’s inventory, hours, address, social media feeds, free shipping minimum and info about upcoming PPTQ and FNM events.
We also got great feedback on MassPrice, a batch pricing tool exclusively for Pro sellers that lets you set pricing rules and update prices with the push of a button. “Super easy to use and figure out,” said Stephen Hirst from Level Up Games and Hobbies Knoxville, “Now I can click on this whenever I want and all my cards will update to a new price.”
In addition to hearing great stories about how TCGplayer Pro has helped your stores, we learned that many of you would love to learn more about all the Pro tools. If you’d like to set up a session with your Customer Success Manager to learn how Pro can power your store, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a call or screen share.
