Pro by TCGplayer In-Store Kiosk Enhancements
We are excited to announce the latest enhancements to the Pro by TCGplayer In-Store Kiosk. These improvements aim to enhance user experience, accessibility, and overall functionality.

What’s New: 

  1. Improved Formatting for Vertically Oriented Tablets:
    We have optimized the formatting of the In-Store Kiosk when used on vertically oriented tablets. Previously, some fields were hidden or hard to read in this orientation, but now users can enjoy a seamless experience.
  2. User Experience Enhancements:
    We made significant enhancements to improve accessibility to ensure that the In-Store Kiosk is more user-friendly.
  3. Bug Fix for Search Bar Functionality:
    We identified and resolved a bug related to the search functionality. Previously, when a user searched for a product using the search bar and selected a result, hitting enter did not trigger the product search. Now, the search function works correctly with just the enter key.
  4. Enhanced Security Measures:
    We've taken steps to enhance security for the In-Store Kiosk. You may now be required to enter a six-digit code that is emailed to you upon login.

Sales Summary Report Updates
The Sales Summary Report in the Reports tab of the Seller Portal has been updated to provide you with more comprehensive insights. 

What’s New: 

  1. New Data Columns Added:
    To enhance your reporting capabilities, we have introduced new data columns in the Sales Summary Report. The additional columns include:
    • Order Count
    • Product Amount
    • Shipping Amount
    • Total Refund Amount
  2. Tax Removal from Refunded Orders:
    Tax is now excluded from refunded orders, which also removed tax from Net Sales, which is gross sales minus total refunds.
