This is a difficult time for the gaming community. As people are staying home to practice safe social distancing, there are fewer people in store playing, interacting, and picking up the new product for their favorite game. With these challenges in mind, we want to help you to continue to support your customers and your employees.

While you are experiencing a lull in in-store customers, you can shift your focus to your online customers. Catering to online customers starts with organizing and digitizing your inventory. This is productive work that you can continue to do during this time, and will increase exposure to your inventory. Your employees can also do it while maintaining a safe social distance!

We recommend following this three step process to efficiently digitize your inventory:

Organize. Organize each TCG you carry into condition, individual sets, and then alphabetically within them. This will make pulling your TCGplayer orders much easier, and create a system that is easy to adopt for any employee.

Digitize. Utilizing Quicklist, you and your employees can quickly and easily add your inventory to your TCGplayer store. If you have multiple cameras, you can even set up multiple Quicklist stations. This can also be done using CSV uploads in your Pricing Tab.

Price. Use the power of MassPrice to keep your prices competitive. With the recently added scheduling feature, you can set MassPrice to run for you! Like adding inventory, you can update your pricing using CSV uploads as well.

Taking the time to do this now will help by providing profitable work for your employees to do, as well as setting you up for continued success with selling online. As a starting point for this, follow this link to our step-by-step process for digitizing inventory.
