You rely on TCGplayer Pro to power up your store so it’s important that all our services are reliable. Last Thursday and Friday, Umbraco, the third-party provider we use to host your Pro websites and kiosks, had multiple incidents that took sites offline several times and required thorough maintenance to resolve. Umbraco worked to resolve these connectivity issues over the weekend and everything was fully resolved before Monday. All your Pro websites and kiosks are now live and everything is running smoothly. However, we’re also working with Umbraco to get better tools and information so we can respond faster to any future issues.
