Our fulfillment team manages all orders from Direct accounts, so you don’t have to worry about shipping costs, packaging materials, or labor needed to ship cards after sending your inventory to TCGplayer. When you Store Your Products at TCGplayer, after sending in your initial shipment, you can provide more of these larger shipments monthly or bi-monthly, whenever best fits your schedule. You can also leverage the TCGplayer Buylist for Direct to continuously restock your stored inventory to achieve a touchless sales cycle. You simply manage your pricing remotely, and get paid - faster!

The higher your shipment's fitness, the faster we will get it listed and selling! 

Shipment guidelines:

  • Quantity over 1,000 cards from the SYP pull sheet
  • Sorted (sort order provided on .csv)
  • Average card value of over $1.00
  • Deeper runs of individual cards ie: "SKU density"

 

 
Use the SYP Pull Sheet provided by TCGplayer to know what cards to send in. The list will contain products that we know easily move through the Direct program and will allow you to achieve the most sales. Send in anything from the SYP Pull Sheet! 

Don’t Sleeve the Cards (Unless They’re Worth $25+)

In order for us to accurately assess card condition, it’s important that we look at cards without sleeves when processing your cards. Removing cards from sleeves slows down our team, so please make sure to take the sleeves off your cards before shipping them to us. If you’re sending a card that’s worth $25 or more, you may sleeve it to ensure its safety during transit.

Keep Your Cards in Order 

When you send your SYP Shipment to us, the cards must be in the order they appear on the SYP Pull Sheet

This will help TCGplayer prepare your shipment and get your SYP Inventory online and selling as fast as possible. Additionally, in the event that your package is lost or damaged in the mail, having the packing slip enclosed can lead to quicker recovery if found.

Sort order is always indicated on the SYP Pull Sheet .csv

  • MTG
  • Pokémon 
    • First by non-foil conditions then foil conditions
    • Then by super condition - Near Mint, Lightly played, etc
    • Then by set order (reverse chronological: newest first, with some clusters at the end for special releases)
    • Then by product name, alphabetically
    • Then by sub condition:
        • Each super condition has multiple sub conditions for example, Near Mint Reverse Holofoil and Near Mint Holofoil are both Near Mint Foil and will be grouped together. 
        • If a set has a card with the same name that has both a near mint reverse holofoil and a near mint holofoil printing they will be found next to each other specifically with the reverse holofoil first.

 

It’s important that we receive the cards in your SYP Shipment in the same condition as when you placed them in the mail. It’s best to use Priority Flat Rate envelopes and boxes, making sure to tape the sides so they stay closed during transit.
