You can focus on other aspects of your business while TCGplayer takes care of the fulfillment, verification, shipping and customer service for your online orders. We condition every card that passes through our Authentication Center before packaging the products and shipping them out to your customers. In addition to the fulfillment, we manage all of the customer service, including refunds, lost packages, condition disputes, and more. Don’t worry, we have you covered.

 

We cover the cost of shipping and supplies
TCGplayer covers the cost of shipping and supplies, so that you can increase your profits. No more worrying about postage, envelopes, team bags, top loaders, penny sleeves, or paper for invoices. And with the benefit of us handling the shipping, you can fulfill orders all around the world without worrying about the cost. There’s nothing better than having a global customer base without incurring the costs of shipping internationally.

 


Here’s how it works: 

  1. You receive an order as you typically would on the TCGplayer Marketplace.
  2. We pull the order items from our own carefully managed inventory, then securely pack and ship the products to the buyer on your behalf.
  3. We handle the entire customer experience related to your orders and send you a summary of sales.
  4. You ship the items included in the summary straight to TCGplayer’s world-class Authentication Center in Syracuse, NY to replenish our inventory.
  5. Upon receipt, your payment is initiated.
  6. Repeat!

Joining Direct by TCGplayer is easy! Once you meet the following criteria, fill out this form and we’ll get you started.

  • Level 4 seller
  • 99.5% feedback rating over the past 30 days
  • Direct eligible inventory of approximately 3,000 cards (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!)
  • 100 sales per month, averaging $600 per week
