Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are hobby industry experts who will work with you to not only learn how our tools and services work but also help you identify your business goals and the steps needed to achieve them. Through one-on-one meetings, our CSMs will help build growth plans for you based on the needs of your business.

Between Pro, Direct, Buylist, and everything in between, there is a wide variety of programs and tools at your fingertips. Our CSMs specialize in identifying if a program would be a good fit for your business, or which tool is best suited for the job at hand. They will take the time to meet with you, understand the needs of your business, and point you in the direction of the programs best suited for you. After enrolling in a new program or adopting a new tool, a CSM can also help get you up to speed on how everything works. They are your partners here at TCGplayer; their goal is to help you find the success you want.

Beyond helping you identify the programs and tools that you want to use, the CSM team will also work with you to develop growth plans. A growth plan is a carefully laid out set of steps that will lead to you achieving a set goal. By combining your knowledge of your business, and a CSM’s TCGplayer and hobby industry expertise, you will be able to determine the areas in which you want to grow and have the proper guidance to do so. While working on a growth plan, you will have scheduled check-ins with a CSM to assess how you are progressing, and to continue to make any necessary adjustments.
