How to Update the BinderPOS App
- Ensure you are logged into the BinderPOS Portal.
- If you have multiple BinderPOS accounts, ensure you are logged into the correct BinderPOS account that is connected to Shopify. (Failure to log in to the correct account will cause issues).
- If you need assistance identifying which is the correct Shopify to BinderPOS account, please reach out and we can assist you.
- Do not delete any apps.
- Log into the Shopify Admin portal.
- Navigate to "Apps and Sales Channels"
- Find the app "BinderPOS Catalog" (Note: steps 4 through 6 has to be repeated for the "BinderPOS Integration" app.
- Click on the BinderPOS Catalog app to re-sync BinderPOS to your Shopify account
- Accept the update permissions prompts to ensure your BinderPOS account runs smoothly.
- You will be redirected to the binder administration panel.
- Repeat Steps 4 through 6 with the "BinderPOS Integration" app.
