How to Update the BinderPOS App

  1. Ensure you are logged into the BinderPOS Portal.
    1. If you have multiple BinderPOS accounts, ensure you are logged into the correct BinderPOS account that is connected to Shopify. (Failure to log in to the correct account will cause issues). 
    2. If you need assistance identifying which is the correct Shopify to BinderPOS account, please reach out and we can assist you.
    3. Do not delete any apps.
  2. Log into the Shopify Admin portal.
  3. Navigate to "Apps and Sales Channels"
  4. Find the app "BinderPOS Catalog" (Note: steps 4 through 6 has to be repeated for the "BinderPOS Integration" app.
  5. Click on the BinderPOS Catalog app to re-sync BinderPOS to your Shopify account
  6. Accept the update permissions prompts to ensure your BinderPOS account runs smoothly.
  7. You will be redirected to the binder administration panel.
  8. Repeat Steps 4 through 6 with the "BinderPOS Integration" app.
