Our Product Development team has been hard at work the past couple of weeks to bring to you these upgrades and solutions. Below is a consolidated list of the changes made. As always, if you have any questions please reach out to one of our Seller Growth and Success agents.

  1. We corrected an issue on 10/20 which delayed payments for many of our sellers. With this fix in place, we’ve ensured seller payments are sent six business days after you confirm shipment of the order. As usual, payments will continue to be processed on Mondays and Thursdays. However, the 15 day shipping window for Domestic Shipping that buyers are accustomed to (see help file) will remain in effect for your orders. 
  2. Upgraded the Seller Portal so when you click on a card in the Pricing Tab, it takes all of its attributes (e.g. Foil, Near Mint, English) and automatically carries them over into the marketplace, so that you no longer have to reselect these filters when moving from Seller Portal to the marketplace.
  3. Enhanced our fraud protection so that our internal teams can identify fraudulent activity more efficiently.
