Hello again everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve been here to talk about how TCGplayer can help give you a hand with your in-store workflow. It’s the end of October, Halloween is in a few days, and that means that the holidays are right around the corner. This is exciting, but also means that we can all expect to be a little busier until they are over. TCGplayer has plenty of ways to help you out in-store so that you can keep everything running smoothly while customers do their holiday shopping.

Stop me if you’ve heard me say this before, but having your inventory organized and accessible is key to being efficient during busier times in your store. The less time spent looking for that Kamigawa uncommon that a customer wants while five others are waiting for help, the better! We have put a lot of work into figuring out the most efficient way to sort inventory, and we want to pass that information to you. This method, which can be found here, can be adjusted to fit your specific needs, but the idea remains the same. Spending a little time now to organize, will save you a lot of time down the road. With your inventory organized, you are ready to fully take advantage of the TCGplayer suite of tools.

With everyone shopping for the holidays, you may find yourself unable to spend as much time with individual customers to find all of the cards that they are looking for. This is where your Kiosk comes in to play. Your Kiosk can act like another employee, allowing your customers to put together their order from items you have digitized on TCGplayer without having to work directly with an employee. You’ll receive this order in your Seller Portal so an employee can quickly pull it from your newly organized inventory. This will provide your employees with more time to properly cater to all of the customers’ needs. Running a holiday sale? You can always adjust the prices on a Kiosk order before it's finalized to honor your in-store deals.

Along with placing orders, your customers can also view your buylist on the Kiosk. This lets them know exactly what you are offering for their cards and helps expedite the process. Once they come to the counter to sell cards to you, you can utilize Quicklist to generate a list, find out how much you want to pay for the cards, and get them added to your inventory. No more looking up individual cards by hand. Your customer now has the money needed to continue their shopping.

Speaking of Buylist, as a Pro seller, you have access to the Direct Buylist. This is a great way to keep your shelves stocked with the best sellers so all of your in-store customers can get their hands on them. Getting started with Buylist now will let you get your stock up in time for Black Friday and the rest of the season!
