1. Use proper packing materials. If you have empty space in the box, fill the space with packing material such as packing peanuts or packing paper, and ensure the material used doesn't put stress on the cards that can cause damage in transit. In addition to using effective packing materials when necessary, make sure to not overstuff your package, place cards in unsealed team bags, or use rubber bands to hold cards together. Refer to Shipping Guidelines for recommended packing materials.

  2. Organize and order your cards according to TCGplayer standards for Direct and Store Your Products (SYP) packages. For Direct and SYP, we require you to pack your cards in a specific order for arrival in our Authentication Center. Please refer to Shipping Guidelines for additional details.

  3. Protect high value cards. You may sleeve cards worth $25 or more, but please do not sleeve anything below that value to help expedite our receiving process. Cards worth $25+ are underlined on your RI.

  4. Send your shipments separately. Send your Direct, SYP, and Sort packages separately, rather than combining them into one box.

  5. Provide all tracking numbers for your shipment. Tracking your package is a critical step that lets you know when we receive your package and expedites the process in the case of a lost or missing package.
