We brought more sellers online, launched the TCGplayer Marketplace, and expanded the platform and its offerings — making it easier than ever to buy and sell cards. New Seller Experience team. We’ve formed a new dedicated Seller Experience team. This new team is composed of cross-functional leaders from our Customer Experience, Seller Growth and Success, and Marketing teams. Together, they are focusing on addressing the needs and challenges of our sellers, including driving capability improvements, and enhancing the value we deliver.

New Seller Survey. We’re committed to improving your seller experience and being the most trusted source for selling TCGs. This means it is important that your voice is heard. In the coming weeks, we’ll also be launching a semi-annual survey to capture your feedback. In Q4 2023, you can expect to hear updates on what we’ve heard and the strategic decisions that will deliver value to the community. It’s a two-way street and we think that it’s important to share these results with you because it keeps us accountable and keeps you informed!

We have elevated our support by providing access to a team dedicated to assisting our seller community. They are U.S. based, expertly trained, and committed to your growth and success. In the past year, we have grown this team by 50% and we will continue to invest so you get the help you need when you need it. Our team can assist you with:

Submit your requests to our Customer Experience team through Hobbie, TCGplayer's help bot. We invested heavily in improving the bot’s ability to understand and respond to your needs. If Hobbie is unable to resolve your issue, it will help you send an email to our support team, who will get back to you within 24 hours.
