We’re excited to announce that we’re updating the Seller Portal Messages! These updates include new and improved functionality, as well as user interface improvements to make it easier to view and respond to messages from your mobile device. The changes will be gradually implemented from February 1 to February 9.

Here are some of the highlighted features: 

  1. Improved Message Management. Quickly mark messages as read or unread directly from the Messages table, simplifying your workflow.
  2. Seamless Deletion. Easily delete messages right from the Messages table, ensuring a clean inbox with just a few clicks. 
  3. Enhanced Order Search Capability. Search by order number within the Messages section, allowing for the quick retrieval of order information. 
  4. Streamlined Navigation. Effortlessly move between previous and next messages using the message detail toolbar.
  5. Increased Responsiveness. The Messages tab is available across all viewports and devices with a new and improved fully responsive front-end. 

Please note, you can toggle off the new user interface at any time by clicking on the person icon located in the top right-hand corner of the page and toggling off the "New User Interface" option. This action will revert your experience to the previous interface instantly.
