TCGplayer.com Promotes Cailee Garm to VP, Human Resources

Syracuse, NY—December 1, 2017—TCGplayer.com today announced that Cailee Garm, Manager, Talent Operations, has been named VP, Human Resources, reporting to Founder and CEO, Chedy Hampson.

In this role, Cailee will lead all HR functions, including culture, talent development, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and business support. Cailee will also lead the company’s continued innovation of unique benefit programs and perks to attract top technical and business operations talent to the company’s headquarters in Syracuse, NY and its technology office in Atlanta.

Cailee previously worked at Lockheed Martin as a Recruiting Manager, overseeing the Talent Operations of a 350-person division, including hiring, training, and organizational development. In her role as Manager, Talent Operations for TCGplayer.com, Cailee played a critical role in helping the company double in size two years in a row and introducing many of TCGplayer’s innovative benefit programs and unique perks that make the company a nationally recognized workplace.

Cailee is a graduate of Le Moyne College and a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also a local advocate and volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association of Central New York.
